Kok Lek Si Temple

First day in Penang, we went to Kok LeK Si temple, thats so high, we go up with the cable car thats only 8 ringgit per person.

Penang so hot, so what do you need?

Of course, what we hold is the famous Ais Kepal in Penang.

In race we eat

Why not? eat in explorace, kuew tiow goreng and tauhu rendang at Chowrasta!

Brownies yang sedap dan special

Resipi: 

400gm coin dark choc (beryls)

130gm butter 

4 biji telur 

100gm tepung kek 

1/2 teh baking powder

30gm coco powder 

150gm gula perang

50gm gula halus 

1 sudu teh esen vanila

Cara-cara: 

Panaskan oven 160 dalam 20 minit 

Cairkan butter + choc secara double bowl.Ketepikan.

Pukul telur + esen vanila dengan whisk 

Pukul 2 jenis gula tadi sehingga hancur 

Campurkan choc + butter yang dah cair. Kacau rata.

Letakkan tepung dan coco powder sikit demi sedikit dan kacau rata

Bakar pada suhu 160 selama 30 minit 

Tutup api dan renggangkan pintu oven biarkan kek dalam oven selama  15 minit 

Sejukkan di suhu luar. Kemudian lorekkan dengan nutella.
