TUN DR MAHATHIR
The full name of Tun M is Tun Dr Mahathir Bin Mohamad Bin Iskandar. Tun M father is Mohamad his grandfather is Iskandar. His grandmother is from Kerala, India. According to the site, Kerala is not a native of India but a descendant of Yemen. His grandfather was sent to Malaya by the East India Company to teach English at the Palace. Then his grandfather was married to a woman from Johor named Siti Hawa. As a result of the marriage, Mohamad was born in 1881, father of Tun M.
Mahathir Mohamad was born on December 20, 1925, in Alor Setar, in the state of Kedah in northern Malaysia. His family was modest but stable, and his father was a respected teacher at an English language school.
After finishing Islamic grammar schools and graduating from the local college, Mahathir attended medical school at the University of Malaya in Singapore. He was an army physician before forming a private practice at the age of 32.
